Obsessed is the only word to describe our feelings towards these Buffalo Chicken Cheeseburgers – we are absolutely obsessed with them. Do you ever have a recipe that you make that you are just SO pleased with? That was these burgers for me. I had never made a chicken burger before, so I was kind of nervous. But I had a vision in my head of what these could taste like and I figured I had to give it a shot. And they totally fulfilled my vision! These burgers are like a buffalo chicken sandwich meets a juicy cheeseburger – plus I made them in slider size, which is my favorite way to eat a burger! In fact, as soon as I finish writing this, I’m going out to buy more ground chicken so we can have these for dinner again tomorrow – that’s how much we love them!

Now that spring is here and there is actually daylight after work, we love spending time on the rooftop of our building. There is something so relaxing about looking out over the hustle and bustle of the city, but being so far above it. And of course a nice glass of wine helps with the relaxation and enjoyment!
