I think I might have spoiled TheBetterHalf with all of the baking I do. Let me explain…we almost always have something for him to bring to work for breakfast. I package up muffins and breads and donuts in packs of two and pop them in the freezer so that he can grab one each morning on his way out the door. However I haven’t been baking as much recently and was out of town last weekend, so our frozen baked good reserves are totally depleted! He was actually complaining (jokingly, of course) that he had nothing to bring for breakfast!! Spoiled. So spoiled. Guinness Chocolate Donuts with Baileys Icing

Boozy breakfast at its finest – Guinness Chocolate Donuts with Baileys Icing are the perfect treat for St. Patrick’s Day brunch!

These Guinness Chocolate Donuts are similar to the donuts I made last year, but I changed up the icing to a Baileys chocolate ganache icing. It is SO good!!

Orange Yogurt Cake | ChezCateyLou.com

We have been absolutely obsessed with this Orange Yogurt Cake for the past few weeks. I seriously can’t stop making (and eating) it. The texture is just so amazing – super moist from a full cup of Greek yogurt. And then to make it even better, an orange simple syrup is poured over the warm cake. So good! I made a lime version of this the other day, and I can’t wait to try a lemon version too. This is definitely my current go-to breakfast / snack / dessert recipe!
