Today, we are returning to where it all began – ChezCateyLou’s very first post on the delicious squash toast at ABC Kitchen here in NYC. And now, one year later, I am sharing the recipe with you so that you can make this amazing toast at home! ABC Kitchen’s squash toast is my absolute favorite dish that I’ve had at any restaurant, ever. I’m literally obsessed and crave it weekly – it is kind of strange. We have been to ABC Kitchen several times this winter just to sit at the bar and eat squash toast.
