Dark Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

What a week it has been so far! I meant to post these cookies for you yesterday morning, but sometimes life gets in the way of the blog. Rude, I know. But no worries, because I’m sure your Tuesday morning could use a nice dose of gooey chocolate chips – am I right? Specifically, gooey dark chocolate chips coming out of an oatmeal cookie!

Yep, these dark chocolate chip oatmeal cookies are definitely improving my week already! Just looking at a picture of that melty chocolate makes me smile.

These M&M Easter cookies are the softest cookies you will ever make! They are full of chocolaty pastel M&Ms, which makes them delicious and perfect for Easter!

I was so excited to share these Easter cookies with you this morning. It is officially spring, March is almost over, Easter is less than three weeks away – so I figured it was definitely time for Easter recipes. Then I woke up this morning and it was SNOWING. Somehow it just seems wrong to be eating pastel M&M Easter cookies when it is snowing. But you know what – these cookies are too good to not share with you. So snow or no snow, let’s eat Easter cookies!

Happy Friday everybody! Is anything better than Friday? I really don’t think so! Sure you still have to wake up and go to work or school – but the promise of the weekend is ahead. It is such a great feeling! And what better way to celebrate Friday than with cookies – carrot cake cookies to be exact. How’s that for some alliteration?!

These aren’t just any carrot cake cookies – these are for the Mystery Dish challenge! That’s right, it is already time for another Mystery Dish challenge. In case you missed some of my other posts, Mystery Dish is a fun group that I’m part of with some of my blogging friends. Every month, the host sends out a list of ingredients, and we have to come up with something using the “mystery” ingredients. It is kind of like the show Chopped, with a lot less pressure!

St. Patrick’s Day Funfetti Chocolate Chip Cookies

Good morning! Apparently it is National Pancake Day. I’m not sure how I missed that one – TheBetterHalf just emailed me to let me know! As the pancake queen, I’m kind of upset with myself for not knowing about this awesome holiday. I might have to eat a plate of these for dinner to make myself feel better. Or these. Or these.

So I don’t have pancakes to share with you today, but at least I have the next best thing – cookies! I am on a roll with the St. Patrick’s Day recipes. I just can’t help myself – I will take any excuse I can to make fun and festive treats. I posted these Irish Cream Cheesecake Brownies the other day, and today I have St. Patrick’s Day funfetti chocolate chip cookies for you!
