NatureBox is seriously my newest obsession. I am a snacking queen. I am definitely a grazer, eating lots of small snacks throughout the day. I try to keep the snacks relatively healthy though, to balance out the cookies and doughnuts in my life. Luckily NatureBox has me covered – all of their tasty snacks are nutritionist-approved. No artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors, trans fats, or high fructose corn syrup here! Just delicious snacks that you can feel good about eating.
When you join NatureBox, you’ll receive five different snacks every month. You can choose the snacks you want or be surprised with their selections. I, of course, chose my own – and loved every second of it. I mean check out this list of 100+ snacks to choose from…it was nearly impossible to narrow it down to five! I finally did, and this is what my NatureBox looked like when it arrived:
Ok actually, the bags were not open when they arrived. I just couldn’t help myself – I had to try all of the snacks right when I got my box! I totally forgot that I should take a picture of the snacks first…whoops. But when delicious and healthy snacks arrive at your doorstep packaged in a lovely little box, how can you resist sampling them all? Here is a closeup of some of the snacking goodness!
The Asiago and Cheddar Cheese Crisps and the Sea Salt Sun Crunch crackers are the absolute perfect accompaniment to my Sundried Tomato Hummus. This hummus is so easy to whip up. You just blend together some ingredients that you likely already have on hand – chickpeas, sundried tomato, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. To keep the hummus even lighter, I add in a little chicken broth – it helps to smooth out the hummus without adding extra oil. I can definitely use a healthier option this time of year, because we all know I can’t resist the cookies!
Put the sundried tomato hummus on a platter with some veggies and the crackers, fill some pretty bowls with other NatureBox snacks, add some wine or a cocktail and you have the perfect party spread!
