No-Churn Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Rich and creamy ice cream without an ice cream maker? It is possible, with my No-Churn Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream! You won’t believe how easy it is!

If TheBetterHalf had to choose a favorite dessert, it would be chocolate peanut butter ice cream. Our freezer has a pint of chocolate peanut butter Haagen-Daz in it at all times. But up until recently, I had never been able to make him his favorite treat because I don’t have an ice cream maker! I just don’t have room to store it, so it is one appliance I’ve decided I don’t need. But then I discovered no-churn ice cream, and what a dangerous discovery it was.

No-Churn ice cream is so ridiculously easy to make! And you really only need two base ingredients – heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk. So I played around with this perfect no-churn base and came up with No-Churn Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream.

Macy’s Great American Grilling Guru Sizzle Showdown

Last Saturday I had the privilege to attend the Sizzle Showdown Finale at Macy’s Herald Square, hosted by Macy’s Culinary Council. Macy’s spent all spring searching for the best grillers in America to compete for the ultimate prize here in New York City. It was a fun day of watching six top grillmasters compete to win $10,000 and take home the title of Grilling Guru! The judges were celebrity chefs Johnny Iuzzini and Todd English – two guys who clearly know a thing or two about great food.

We are coming up on a holiday – July 4th! And it wouldn’t be a holiday Chez CateyLou without a festive donut recipe!! It has kind of become my thing. I celebrate holidays by creating donuts. Christmas. Valentine’s Day. St. Patrick’s Day. Easter. And now, American Flag Donuts for July 4th!!

Remember this blackberry cinnamon roll cake? It was one of my all time favorite things that I have ever made. So easy, so delicious, so impressive – it is literally the perfect breakfast recipe! So I decided to change it up a bit and make a peach pecan version! I am such a huge fan of peaches – they are my favorite thing to eat in the summer (ok, other than ice cream!) – and I really like the flavor of peaches with cinnamon. I combined the flavors in my Peach Yogurt Bread and it is one of the top recipes on my site! Speaking of yogurt, did you enter to win FREE Chobani yet??

Can you believe it is the Fourth of July next week?? Summer is here in full force! I have been thinking about making these cute lil Red, White, and Blue Smoothie for months now, and then all of a sudden the time to make them was here! I love making smoothies in the summer, and one ingredient that is always in my recipes is Chobani Greek Yogurt. And if you’re a yogurt fanatic like me, you are going to pretty excited when I tell you this….
