I saved the best for last…Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting!! Pumpkin adds so much flavor and a beautiful color to the light and fluffy buttermilk dough. Pumpkin pie spice mixed with cinnamon gives the filling a distinct pumpkin-y flavor. And cream cheese frosting tops it all off. These rolls are absolutely delicious and could not be prettier. This is what I call a showstopper of a fall breakfast!

Seriously, this loaf is a winner. Everything about it is perfect – the texture, the flavor, the crust, the looks. It is one of the best loaves I’m made so far. And bonus – the recipe makes two loaves so you can eat one right away and freeze slices of the other one to have fresh bread for weeks! Remember this blackberry cinnamon roll cake? It was one of my all time favorite things that I have ever made. So easy, so delicious, so impressive – it is literally the perfect breakfast recipe! So I decided to change it up a bit and make a peach pecan version! I am such a huge fan of peaches – they are my favorite thing to eat in the summer (ok, other than ice cream!) – and I really like the flavor of peaches with cinnamon.
