I am very excited about today’s post. I have teamed up with some other wonderful bloggers in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We all created pink recipes to help raise awareness. I love when baking/cooking leads to good! #CookingforaCure

The title of these cookies is a mouthful – White Chocolate Coconut Macadamia Nut Cookies! But I couldn’t leave an ingredient out of the name – they are all equally important and make up one amazing cookie!

I may not be from the south, but I love a good biscuit! Every time I see a biscuit on a menu, I just have to order it. There is something about biscuits that are so comforting and delicious.

There are so many recipes and methods for making biscuits. It is amazing that a food that seems so simple could actually be so complex. I have made many varieties of biscuits, but I think that this recipe for cream cheese biscuits might be my new favorite. They are so amazingly light and fluffy, and have a delicious rich flavor from the combo of the butter and cream cheese.

It is time for another Mystery Dish! And I’m soooo excited because this month I was the host! That’s right, I got to pick a list of ingredients for my other blog friends to use in their creations.  So fun!

In order to celebrate, I bought myself a Bundt Pan! You think I’m kidding, right?

Oh wow, this month has flown by! I seriously can’t believe it is already Feb. 28. And, already time for another Mystery Dish post! The amazing Christine from I Dig Pinterest picked the ingredients for us this month. They were:

Fresh Mushrooms
Pork
Spinach
Cream Cheese
Pineapple
Butterscotch Chips
Macadamia Nuts
Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
Ritz Crackers
Tortillas

I was seriously considering making spinach artichoke dip with mushrooms and bacon, using cream cheese and sriracha, and having ritz crackers and homemade tortilla chips for dipping! But then I decided to settle down. No need to get so wild. Plus, I was dying to make this pea toast!

Brioche Bread | chezcateylou.com

Ok everyone – what is going on with the weather this winter?! I know it is all people can talk about lately, but seriously – will it ever stop snowing? The result: icy sidewalks and HUGE puddles at each intersection. Fun. But I made it without falling, phew!

And now I can talk about brioche bread, which is definitely cheering me up immediately. There is a stick of butter in each loaf, what’s not to love?!…
